Returns & Refunds
It is your prerogative to change your mind. Don’t love your Lifted equipment? We’re sorry to hear it and would love the opportunity to make it right. Reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your equipment and we will support you in processing a return. Because of the size and weight of the equipment, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges paid to receive your order or pay for return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them: unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@liftedmovement.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you shipping costs, a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange products, please request a return for the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request and let you know if approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
