We are committed to quality, customer experience, and sustainability. Most of our collection is returnable or exchangeable however due to weight, cost and impact of shipping some of our items are non-returnable and restocking fees may apply. Please refer to the chart below for details:

Refunds
For eligible products, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your equipment and we will support you in processing a return/refund. Your items must be in the same condition you received them, unused, with tags and original packaging, and proof of purchase / receipt. Refunds will be made to original form of purchase. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. We do not cover shipping fees for returning product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please keep all packaging including boxes and crates until after you have inspected your items.
