We ship across Canada and the United States. International shipping is not currently available.

Important: Please provide a physical street address when placing your order. We cannot ship to PO boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses at this time.

Once your order ships from our warehouse, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery. Our team processes orders Monday through Friday within 72 hours of receipt.

• Pre-order products deliver according to the date listed in the product description

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free shipping on Free Weights and kettlebells to help you start your fitness journey. All other non-furniture equipment and accessories ship for a flat $10 fee to valid addresses in Canada and the US.
