Vancouver, BC (September 8, 2023) – Lifted Movement (Lifted) is innovating at-home workouts with the launch of a premium line of fitness equipment, thoughtfully engineered and artfully designed to inspire everyone to build a strong body and mind, from the comfort of their living room. Positioned at the intersection of home decor and fitness, Lifted’s curated collection of exercise essentials is designed to be proudly displayed in any interior space, providing a daily visual reminder that wellness is always within reach.
Lifted was co-founded by powerhouse mother-daughter duo in the health/wellness space, Kiara and Kate LeBlanc (Founders of Saje Natural Wellness), who together identified a void in the market for beautiful fitness equipment, and an opportunity to disrupt it with a cutting-edge brand and training platform.
“It took a traumatic ski accident and knee surgery to shift my perception around fitness– it’s not just about lifting weights, it’s about finding a different why,” says Kiara LeBlanc, CEO and Co-Founder of Lifted. “The concept behind Lifted is to empower and educate people of all fitness levels on how to properly move their bodies, while at the same time, giving them beautiful equipment they’ll want to have out in their space. The idea is that when it’s in front of you, you’ll reach for it.”
The Lifted collection features an elevated fitness cart designed to be stocked with the brand’s display-worthy line of free weights and kettlebells (available in 9 sets), each beautifully handcrafted in recycled steel and accented with etched marble ends. Accessories including fabric and rubber resistance bands, hand weights as well as fitness mats round out the aesthetically-pleasing collection.
To complement its design-forward exercise gear, Lifted has plans to release premium education, guided by elite experts including Behnad Honarbakhsh (global thought-leader in rehabilitation, injury prevention and performance enhancement), to educate users on optimizing their health through functional movements.
